bob corker is one of the preeminent senators on the foreign policy side in the senate for the last 10 years......he says trump is risking and moving usa towards ww3.............he should be taken very very very seriously..........this is the issue...not the kneeling nonsense.

1977 rock list will be posted tonight....1977 and 1978 are landmark years for new artists....it was not easy to pare down 1977 to 30....no way i could rank anything after the first 5 or so.....it will alphabetical...i hope it will be fun to read....without saying the list is my own opinion........everybody has an equal opinion......

Get Mitch McConnell, get Paul Ryan, get John Thune and John Barrasso and John Cornyn, get Kevin McCarthy, get every Republican in a position of responsibility to answer: Do you agree with your colleague that Donald Trump is a danger to the country and the world? Who’s right here: Your comrade who is the veteran chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee? Or a president who can’t stop tweet-threatening “Little Rocket Man”? And what about Corker’s claim that the White House is a daily battleground to keep the incumbent under control? Are you going to call one of your own a liar? Or is he right about Trump?

They won’t answer. Knowing how not to answer comes as second nature. More smoothly than Rex Tillerson, they will decline to get into the “silly stuff.” But they should be put on the spot and made to take a stand. Especially the ones who will either face the voters soon—or who are deciding, as Corker did recently, whether that’s even worth it.

actually according to trump his core is the uneducated and the very uneducated....thats from trump.

i think there are going to be some lawsuits about standing or not for the national anthem......re the NFL.....what is in the bargaining agreement...the owner cant force it unilaterally.........same as prayer in schools..cant force people to pray or sing religious songs in public schools.......thank God.

You may have seen that VP Pence walked out of the Colts game in Indy today when some of the players knelt during the anthem. He says he refused to watch the flag being disrespected.

I want to make sure you know the whole story. Pence started the day in Vegas. He flew to Indy on Air Force 2, supposedly to attend the game because Peyton Manning's jersey was being retired. But the press was told to stay in the van at the stadium because "there may be an early departure". Sure enough, Pence got up and left after eight minutes. Which was convenient because he had to catch a flight to southern California for a 630pm fundraiser tonight.

So rather than just flying from Vegas to SoCal, Trump had him fly across the country, specifically to be "offended" because he knew some players would kneel, all so he could help drive deeper divisions in the country. AF2 costs $45,000/hr to operate, not to mention the costs of the motorcades and other support. Plus he stole all the attention from Peyton Manning's big day. This may be one of Trump's most craven stunts yet, and that's saying something.

Pence even posted a selfie with his wife from the game. Except it was faked. They reposted a photo from three years ago and implied it was taken in those eight minutes while he was waiting to be insulted.
