I used to lean Democrat but now I am solely in the middle as the Dems gave me Sanders or Clinton. I did not like either TBH. Not even a little. I think Sanders pandered to the Occupy Wall St. crowd who wasted $200k on a liberal arts education and now cannot pay back their school loans as they don't have any marketable skills. HRC had her own issues that have been discussed...no need to rehash. I viewed immigration and the threat of Islam as particularly hot topics and IMO the GOP were closer to my views on them than the Dems. However, I don't at all relate to the Bible Belt GOP and especially abhor the Alt-Right. Hence I did not have a palatable candidate to support. I echo Mike's comments that to just simply trash Trump because it is the in thing is crazy. We have a system of checks and balances here and whether or not you respect the person you should at least respect the office.

The laws are the laws. If you don't like the law then change the law, legally. Laws have to be enforced or else why bother even having laws in the first place? The good news for everyone is that those that enforce the laws also have to abide by the law. If you don't like the laws they have to abide by then change them, legally.

okay, maybe moy is not a right wing nut job, but he posts like he thinks Trump is the greatest thing since sliced bread, and defends anything and everything Trump does. That sounds a bit crazy to me. No, getting rid of Trump will not solve all of our problems, maybe not any of them, but the man is a con man who cares only about himself and his cronies. He's insulted women, mentally challenged people, Hispanics specifically. He insults my intelligence with some of the things he says and claims. It embarrasses me that he is the president of my country. Obama may not have been the best president, but at least he gave the appearance of having some dignity and intelligence. Trump does not.
