Well, she won the popular vote in California. A state that elects actors as governors. She lost the popular vote in the other 49 states. Where she was fundamentally unlikable and unelectable.
You don't just get to remove the largest state like it doesn't matter.
I think most people agree... California really doesn't matter.
as someone who lives in Californai all I can say is **** you. See if we matter when we take our economy out of the US economy.

House Republicans passed a bill on Tuesday that would let employers in the private-sector give workers paid time off instead of overtime pay.

The bill passed 229 to 197, and was largely along party lines, theWashington Postreports. No Democrats voted for the bill, and only six Republicans voted against it.

WAY TO LOOK OUT FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS REPUBLICANS!

I'm not thrilled about this bill. I run a lean staffing model as is and I'd rather pay OT when needed then give more paid time off. My employees on the other hand only get two weeks of vacation each year and they'd want more time with their families over OT pay. The problem I'd have is that their extra paid time off would mean I need to have more employee OT to staff while that employee is out of the office (which means more PTO which exasperates the problem). I'm all for keeping OT as is.
The best part is that the company gets to decide when you take the paid time off.
Still problematic..... also for the record, companies already decide when you take time off. Try 'telling' your boss you're taking time off and see what happens.
I tell him every year. If he doesn't like it, he can suck a sick.

California could crumble into the Pacific Ocean and no one would give a ****. Except Dem politicians and, maybe, relatives of CA residents.

mike's not a fan of healthy eating:

If California were to disappear, what would the American diet be like?

Expensive and grainy. California produces a sizable majority of many American fruits, vegetables, and nuts: 99 percent of artichokes, 99 percent of walnuts, 97 percent of kiwis, 97 percent of plums, 95 percent of celery, 95 percent of garlic, 89 percent of cauliflower, 71 percent of spinach, and 69 percent of carrots (and the list goes on and on). Some of this is due to climate and soil. No other state, or even a combination of states, can match California’s output per acre. Lemon yields in California, for example, are more than 50 percent higher than in Arizona. California spinach yield per acre is 60 percent higher than the national average. Without California, supply of all these products in the United States and abroad would dip, and in the first few years, a few might be nearly impossible to find. Orchard-based products in particular, such as nuts and some fruits, would take many years to spring back.

Yep, it's confirmed. Wouldn't miss it.

I love how moy pretends that California isn't the best state in the country.
Lol. When people from California move to Chicago I tell them 'Congratulations, you've just given up good weather and high taxes for bad weather and high taxes'.

At least I can admit how pathetic Illinois is.

Supply and demand. Lots of people want to live in California.
They're called liberals.

Um, sure. Ok. Are you one of those people that thinks "liberal" is an insult?
I love liberals! Without them Trump's presidency wouldn't be nearly as entertaining.

99 percent of artichokes, who cares
99 percent of walnuts, peanuts or cashews instead
97 percent of kiwis, can't remember last time I ate kiwi
97 percent of plums, a few times a year, wouldn't panic without them
95 percent of celery, good with wings and maybe as part of a soup. still wouldn't sweat no having it
95 percent of garlic, meh, who cares
89 percent of cauliflower, couple times a year but who cares
71 percent of spinach, **** that
69 percent of carrots ok, you got me. I like my carrots

So, all in all, without shithole CA, I don't get carrots. Into the ocean with you.
