The ends justify the means buddy. You said it. Because businesses have insurance it's ok to riot in Ferguson. You supported BLM and the burn this ***** down movement. It is known.

Sometimes the ends justify the means. But it wasn't a law being protested.
I still support BLM.

That's a loose definition of the word.
What were they "protesting"?
Well, to start, we should distinguish between people protesting and rioting out of genuine anger and frustration and people rioting and looting because they were taking advantage of an opportunity.
Rioting out of anger and frustration isn't a good option, but sometimes it's an understandable means to an end. They were not protesting a law, they were protesting unjust treatment by law enforcement.
