Employment in the private sector surged by 298,000 for the month, with goods producers adding 106,000, ADP and Moody's Analytics said. Construction jobs swelled by 66,000 and manufacturing added 32,000.

The total shattered market expectations of 190,000, according to economists surveyed by ADP.

I'll say it again.... What are Democrats going to do when the actual results come in and are making good on Donald Trump's campaign promises? Shutting down illegal border crossings. Bringing back jobs, bringing back manufacturing jobs in particular.

Meh. Compare it to the last 5 Februarys. Strawberry pickin' jobs aren't abundant this time of the year.

According to CBP data, the 40% drop in illegal Southwest border crossings from January to February is far outside normal seasonal trends. Typically, the January to February change is actually an increase of 10% to 20%.

Samsung is planning to invest around $300 million in expanding U.S. production facilities after President Donald Trump's rhetoric around American jobs, according to the Wall Street Journal Wednesday, citing sources.

The company will also shift some production of oven ranges to the U.S. from Mexico, the Journal said, citing people familiar with the matter. It could create around 500 jobs, the people added.
