When asked about criticism that Republicans were ending the investigation prematurely, Conaway said some critics would never be satisfied.

"There's still folks who disagree with the Warren report on the assassination of Kennedy," he said.

That is a terrible analogy. The Warren report was not as bound by party lines as this is.
