I officially declare FC Dynasty dead in the water.  I had a very competitive team in 72 (I won 2 championships and came in 2nd or 3rd numerous times) and I just think this game is so far from being what I hoped it would be.  It is such a basic game.  I would give HBD a 9 out of 10 in most respects, as for FC Dynasty Id give it a 2 out of 10.  I think there is potential in the idea of a soccer dynasty game, but this one has to be completely blown up and redone in my opinion.

I am not playing this game anymore, either. It's just flat out awful. I have played HBD 30+ seasons, anda it's excellen t. I was curious about the qualiuty of other games, so I am giving the Hoops Dynasty game a go. Like HBD - it's outstanding. Hard to believe the QA team was so asleep at the whell to let this game get released.

It needs to be blown up. If they redo the game, bring it in line with the quality of other games here, I'd play - and I'd pay. Even at free - this game is too expensive. Simply no value, no interest no reason to stay.

I agree Cosborn.  I was a big believer in this game but have faded away.  We rarely hear from Norbert anymore and do not hear any idea as to what is coming next.  It's always "We're waiting for new members".  Well, that's just not a great business way to keep the 2K-3K players that you currently have.  I'll easily come back if things start to get implented but as of now, i don't see that happening.

On another note, is there a list of the worlds/countries that have a second division anywhere?

I think World 62-USA is the only one.

I've got an idea for them in creating 2 divisions in every world.  Since they allow 20 teams, top 10 teams are in division 1 and bottom 10 are in division 2.  After season, bottom 2 in division 1 plays top 2 teams in division 2 (home and away) and best 2 of those play in division 1 next year and worst 2 play in division 2.  Season play is 36 games (2 home and 2 away against the rest of division) and shorten free agency to make it fit in usual time schedule.

Not ideal, but much better then the current format.

They need to completely blow up fc dynasty and come back with an HBD look a like.  That is the only way they are going to fix it.  Then again Id rather they spend their time on a hockey dynasty game.  So lets forget about soccer!  :)   p.s. the world cup was great eh!

The league table above is from  newly added country at world 91, first season was 20/20 and now SIM controlled team are in top3? Also the stadium size and attendance there is really low, not sure why. It doesn't have to be Division2, but never found any decent Mexican player when I scouted, not 18y or 30y old one.

With all the new users showing up, you'd think this is what WIS was waiting for. A perfect chance to combine leagues and start second divisions. But it looks like all these new users have caught them by suprise.

Not by design, but my league has pretty much worked out this way.  From 1st to 10th place, no team was more than 4 pts behind the team the next higher team.  Then there was a 16 pt gap between 10th and 11th, a 14 pt gap between 11th and 12th, and an 11 pt gap between 12th and 13th.  So, the 1st place team finished with 98 pts, the 10th place team finished with 10, and the 13th place team finished with 29.  It's clear our league is a haves/have-nots.

I am really disappointed that all these new teams we have are all going to new leagues instead of going to 2nd divisions.  What a bummer.  I do enjoy this game, but this stuff has got to be worked on.  Perfect opportunity for 2nd divisions.
