Mueller had all the Trump transition team emails but no-one knew he did when they went in to be interviewed by subpoena. Oh this should be good. Turns out that the dude who promised the transition team that they were as good as locked away forever got sick, was incapacitated for months, then died. The FBI then asked the company he worked for, for the emails and they turned them over without a subpoena or anything and no-one told the Trump team.
