You seem to enjoy a fairly wide range of music, so I'd be curious to hear opinions on Brian Eno's debut album titled "Here Come the Warme Jets".
Specifically the third track " Baby's on Fire" featuring Robert Fripp delivering one of the most unique and underrated guitar solos of the 70s.

Thanks man. Always loved that album and that song in particular. As you know Eno and that album had a big impact on David Bowie and much else and a lot of the new wave and maybe even rocky horror picture show.

This is a higher crime then insurrection - rebellion.
The penalty is a minimum 5 years jail term up to 20 years in the slammer.

This corroborates Garland’s promise that more serious charges for planners was coming.

They rule that OSHA has no power to mandate the vax or testing in 100 plus employees private companies because that would be policy making power outside their purview of regulation without going through normal process of notification and litigation.

They did uphold the health care worker rule that medical providers taking medicare or medicaid could maintain the mandate.

Interesting thing is that even if they are correct they will allow lots of bad stuff actually harming people and society long long periods to rule on but they found the vax/testing mandate that hurt no one except some one wanting to work without a vaccine and or mask like an animal at big company jobs so odious and unacceptable even temporarily that they had to strike it down in a matter of one week.

Crazy times.....A country off its rocker.

The health worker mandate was upheld 5-4 with Roberts and Kavenaugh upholding it.
Fox News then called Kavenaugh “a cringy little liberal”.

Sinema

At the end of November only 26% of registered democrats would vote for Sinema against a primary challenger. As of today she would be lucky to get 15%.
She will be swept away before the general election in November 2024. She will lose her primary unless she suddenly reverses course which she won’t.


Manchin might vote for a rules change to the fillibuster without a carveout or end of the filibuster.
He could save face enough to win a primary or general in 24 but Sinema refusing even the rules change is going to go down with her ship.
