What about if a teammate is traded to another team in the same year? Can I use the new team even though its the same year?

I admire your tenacity in your roster experimentation but no, that won’t work. Each teammate must advance forward 1 year.

This was NOT easy. It took me like 4 hours to finally complete a team, and it's a decent team, but not what I would've liked it be. I needed 2 cheap guys at the end, one guard and one big, and that was tough to finally find within the rules.
