I think there's a bit of a luck factor in a draft like this, in that you don't know how many other owners will be looking at the same timeframe as you. But we also wanted it to be a wide enough range so as not to force us all into one very limiting player pool. It's a balance there.

I’d have some sympathy for your friend, other than I think he’s the one responsible for that particular team-building torture.

Please note this addition to the 255M Draft timeline:

In order to speed up the draft towards the end, rounds 16-19 will have 2 picks per owner at each time slot, and in round 20 they will make their final 3 picks. This will cut 6 days off the draft.

For the 255 draft: are we drafting ballparks that were in use 1953-2023, or any ballpark we want?

Ballparks have no time restrictions for the 255M draft. You can take any park in the sim.

Yes, but parks from the same city with the same dimensions and park factors are considered the same park despite a different ballpark name. Examnple: SBC and Pac Bell are the same park, so only one version can be drafted. But AT&T is different since the Park Factor is different.

For the $120M Teammate build, is it permitted to select a year teammate who happens to be in another box as long as they were not selected for my first round team? For example, if I select 1937 Lou Gehrig in box 1, can I select 1937 Bill Dickey from Box 4 as the teammate? Will I still be able to make a separate Box 4 selection (eg Reggie Smith)?

Not sure I understand the question. The are 9 boxes with 9 unique players, each cloned twice. That's 18 players. You get to add 7 teammates, one teammate from 7 of the 9 unique players.

If you are using two different 1937 Yankees players as part your 9 boxed players, then each could have a 37 Yankee as a teammate. But you cannot use two teammates from one of your boxed players.

I'm asking about the $120M boxes, not the Immaculate grid.

Believe the answer is no, this is in the theme description:

(None of your teammates may be a player that appears in any of the boxes).
