I'm not against immigration. This is the land of opportunity. People coming here dream of making a better life for themselves and their families. I'm all for that. What tees me off is that the border is anything but secure. DeSantis is reamed for bringing attention to the invasion Biden has encouraged. Biden's the chief of flying migrants around, and yet the southern governors are made out to be the bad guys.
The Massachusetts rich folks love to say they are pro green, pro sanctuary. Yet they refuse to allow solar and wind on Nantucket Island cuz it's an eyesore, and don't want migrants on their lawn, but it's ok if Texas is overrun with them cuz they can't see them. **** the hypocrites...why doesn't Greta insist that Al Gore and John Kerry park their airplanes and instead use meeting.com? Seriously? Gore has a swimming pool that uses the same amount of electricity as six homes...those two are no different than Joel Osteen, begging and making little old ladies thinking Armageddon will happen if they don't write him a check, then he goes out and buys a damned Lamborghini...they are modern day snake oil salesmen...
Beetlejuice is out trying to sell electric cars. They are throw away objects once the battery goes kaput, and are charged using coal and LNG fired coal plants to a grid that can't support them... The batteries are not recyclable. Is Elon gonna fly and dump them on Mars for us?
We were not only free of being energy dependant under Trump, we were in a surplus. Now Biden appeases the left by shuttering our energy sector, instead going to Saudi Arabia, gets on his knees to blow the Prince, begging for cheap oil. That does dick for the environment, makes us financially and geopolitically weaker as well. Please put him out on the porch with an ice cream, the man is useless. A recent poll says nearly 3 out of 4 Democrats don't want him to run again...
Pretty much all of this is wrong but it's a bit of a waste to bother to respond since you won't actually have a discussion about it, you'll just pivot to something else.
I think deep down you know the talking points are total BS, which is why none of you cowards will actually debate about it, but you still spout them anyway.
I miss the old days of CCCP and strikeout, who at the very least would actually argue their points instead of just dropping headlines/vapid talking points and pivoting to the next statement when you're challenged on it.
Disappointing.
