So can anyone help me with the rules for this league ? Im stumped on how to build my roster. Any assistance would help.

Do I have to take anyone from West Virginia ?? Isnt everyone in that state related ?

Thanks to all for keeping this alive for me to read. I think I lost about 5 pounds of sweat from laughing at this today.

Its hard to believe that ol' Steve is old enough to be going to college about now....er wait, in his case, trying for his G.E.D.
