North Carolina made a law that you have to use the bathroom of the sex on your birth certificate and everyone freaked out.

If you don't have to legally be of a certain gender, then yes, you can just change genders on a whim back and forth.

Compare the number of countries where gay marriage is legal to the number of countries where homosexuality is illegal, if you need proof. I don’t think the definition changed but, regardless, that’s what it means. You can change your gender. And, if you do, it shouldn’t matter to anyone else.

Again, do you think transgender women are going into stalls when other people are using them???

Transgender people have been using whatever bathroom they want (without incident) for decades. There’s no reason to ban it.
