Because the reason people are upset is that he won. He is the same guy who ran and his actions have been what he promised he would do (novel concept for a politician). HE LOST THE POPULAR VOTE. HE HAS A 40% APPROVAL RATING.

Approval ratings don't mean anything. We haven't had a president sustain a 55% or better approval rating for more than a year in a very long time. People hate congress according to polls, but the same people keep getting reelected.

And don't forget HW was around 80% at one point and ended up being a 1-termer.

Uhh Trump is pretty historically low.

trump suddenly seems to like stashes....ty cobb.....now dr strangestache - bolten.....and new lawyer joe dejenova.....

will pence do what he has to do if extremist bolton becomes the trump whisperer.....there could reach a point where the cabinet could trigger the 25th amendment if trump recklessly risks the launching of a war on the korean peninsula......even without nukes that would kill millions.
i believe the cabinet vote must be unanimous...that would be difficult.

realclearpolitics has obama at 50 % for entire first year....50-45-5
obama rating now is through the roof...his retrospective rating is 63 %...perhaps it is so high because people compare him to trump.
or maybe they just have a better perspective.

Gallup had him at 59% at the end of his presidency. My point was, he spent almost his entire 2nd year in the low 40's. I was trying to prove to Tang that polls don't mean a whole lot.

I think they're an okay indicator of the mood of the country at the time, but the mood of the country is so sporadic.

Yeah, Rasmussen had both at 47% at the end of the first, which still falls within the margin of error for most polls.
