jfranco team is ranging from 1953 to 1977 I believe while duhbigcat is ranging from 1978 to 2002 so they don't overlap at all so duhbigcat is posting his pick now since jfranco can't pick his player who's range of years is only 1980 thru 1982 (rincon, andy).

Well redcped is picking twice ahead of MJDSupporter in round #16 with 2014 possibly open (which is Cueto's best season) and it is strange to be sending a proxy to a owner in that situation.

I think he picked early and probably didn't realize I could still use him. I will say though he's on my list of possible picks I didn't plan to take him in this set of picks. So I think it's going to prove safe as long as I haven't missed anyone else who could take him.

Just seems strange to me to pick 1/2 of your next picks as an open posted proxy (and not mention anything about it being either an open proxy and/or an early pick in some manner due to not thinking anyone could take said player). Plus to send an owner a stadium proxy who has 2 picks ahead of you who could take both your open proxy pick and/or your stadium pick if they so choose to but like everyone has said nothing illegal about doing it that way.

I would strongly suggest any owner posting their pick and not picking in turn to indicate why they are picking early (especially if its for a pick(s) not in the same round as the present pick which is up next) or indicating what pick # it is (ex. 16.1)

I don't think he intended any of that. I think he saw jfranco77's pick and got crossed up about which direction we were going. He hadn't realized it was a 2-pick round next until I sitemailed about it, but in retrospect I should have just suggested he delete his post entirely. Honestly, I forgot I had a pick before his next one and could still take Cueto. I wasn't thinking about taking him there, so it just eluded me at the moment.

Fixed page 1. So Cueto is still officially available.
