so let me get this straight....I get to choose an exclusive player and year - such as 1921 and Willie Hernandez....and then I draft the best players available from any year prior to 1981 and after 1906? But what if I go over the cap of $110 million? Do I still have to pay the luxury tax of 10%? And what if I plan on making my whole team out of the players from 1921? Do I HAVE to use Willie Hernandez? I mean I thought it was clear in the explanation....but if you could just straigten out these minor issues, I'm in with 1921 and Willie Hernandez.
