1.When you are in the League Office and you click on someone else team it shows their players and statistics for the season.
It'd be nice that when you click on a name from that page you'd also get a link to that players Draft Profile page. It'd be handy in progressives if someone has a player for trade to check that players future without having to go to the draft center.

2.For Progressives give the Commish the ability to setup the league for the next season ahead of any off-season drafts. Then they could blacklist Keepers before the draft starts, and give them the option to update that same blacklist as players are taken. Then when each owner needs to make a pick they'd only have the players in the draft pool to look through and choose from directly from the Draft Center.

for #1 above----------if you go to the bottom of that page it shows the players actual stats for that year--and it should have a (<<prev or>>next) link to show you the players next year, from there if you click on the players name it will show you their draft profile.

eastvanmungo, you repeated nearly everything I said in my post right before yours!

Got a response from WIS, saying they evaluate suggestions once a month. Hopefully we'll see some of these ideas implemented soon.

I would love to see each team in a progressive have its own career leaders. Preferably transferable from one owner to the next so a progressive would have true franchise stats.

I like that one, Cheno. Might be a bit tricky if the team has different names over the course of the prog's run, but I'm sure WIS would be able to make it happen.

I'd like to be able to see:

a) my season record/stats versus another team, outside of being in a series with that team. I know when you start a series, you can click on the matchup link, but there's no way to see that (as far as I know) without being in a series against that team

b) other team's schedules/records against other teams without having to go day by day through the schedule.

crazy...good to see you are thinking out there!!! I like your ideas. I like the idea that you have motivated others to think also.

I like the idea of switching between the stats shown in the draft center...between individualized search perameters and stock WIS stats.

Here's two tickets I sent not too long ago:

1. "Now that relative fielding is based in part on the hitter and pitcher in play as well, I'd be interested in having another fielding stat available in the Team Ranking pages. Errors Against, showing how many errors your opponents have committed. Would it be possible to get that added to the Team Rankings Fielding pages?"

2. "Thanks, and while were on the subject, would it also be possible to add a fielding tab to a players game log? It would be nice to see what games errors or +/- plays games were made in for further analysis."

Draft Center: Allow me to enter custom salary search parameters.

Manager's Center, Advanced Settings: Let me set the following for individual players, not just team-wide (if at all):

  • Hit and Run (when batting)
  • Base Running Aggressiveness
  • Rest if winning by X in the Y or later


A new sub-menu would be nice. Matchup Settings.

Matchup Settings:

  • Intentional Walks (0-5 setting) for each opposing hitter
  • SB settings for each of my players depending on which C the other team has in


I'm sure there are a bunch of other things to add to that list. Then again, maybe I'm just a closeted Live player.
