just curious...why is it okay for you to say you are an agnostic Jew, while it is not okay for tangplay to say he is a Christian Jew? I don't see much difference.

Putin praises Trump, says US political system eating itself

MOSCOW — Russian President Vladimir Putin lavished praise on President Donald Trump, but added that he was sorely disappointed with the U.S. political system, saying that it has been “eating itself up.”

Speaking in a series of interviews with Russian state television which were included in a documentary released Wednesday, Putin described Trump as a great communicator.

“I have no disappointment at all,” Putin said when asked about the U.S. president. “Moreover, on a personal level he made a very good impression on me.”

The two leaders met on the sidelines of international summits last year. Putin praised Trump as a “balanced” man, who easily gets into the gist of various issues and listens to his interlocutor.

“It’s possible to negotiate with him, to search for compromises,” Putin added.

He says it because it fits his narrative. I am not saying I am a Muslim Jew. I am saying I am a Jew. I celebrate the holidays. I just don't believe in any higher power. Idiotplay cannot be a Jew and a Christian because Jews do not believe that Jesus was the messiah. Obviously if Idiotplay is Christian he is no longer a Jew. He can say his mom was a Jew but I doubt he celebrates holidays or identifies in any way as a Jew other than for this argument.

No.... Muslim isn't a heritage. You are the exact same as me except I am Christian and you are an atheist.

No. I am Russian. My family is Jewish by religion and religious. I am a Russian Jew. I walked away from the religion piece of it because I just don't see the proof behind God's existence. I still do all the same stuff they do but deep down I do it for tradition and they do it for religion. My dad knows I am agnostic/atheist but my mom does not. Its just easier that way. What exactly do you do that makes you "Jewish"? Is your mother a practicing Jewish lady?

I celebrate holidays and identify as a Jew. I lost over half my family in the holocaust. I obviously cannot prove any of this, just as you can't.

By your own argument, Jews believe in a higher power. I guess that you cannot be a Jew either. Which proves my point. WE CAN BE CHRISTIAN/ ATHEIST IN RELIGION AND JEWISH IN HERITAGE/CULTURE! I celebrate Jewish holidays, my mother is a Jew (it passes through mothers side) and I identify as a Jew. I am Jewish in culture/heritage. I am Christian in religion. I believe that Jesus is the messiah. I believe in His teachings.

I am literally just as Jewish as you. So here is me:

No. I am Eastern European. My family is Jewish by religion and religious. I am a Polish Jew. I became a Christian because I see the proof behind Jesus's existence. I still do all the same stuff they do but deep down I do it for tradition and they do it for religion. My dad knows I am a Christian and my mom knows as well. It's just easier that way.
