Oberlin over Thomas in the finals.

I can't decide on the other Final 4 teams until the draw is out, but the will likely be 2 of the following:

SUNY Maritime (shocker)
MBBC (double shocker)
Keuka
Vassar
Hamline
Edgewood
Wash U.
"McMurry"
NCWC

MBBC to win it all. Dangerous squads to look out for - wesley, e.texas baptist, washington(mo) he's done it before with 7/8 losses during the season, skidmore. Coach of the year has to be Wesley 24-2 in with a 491 rated team great coaching to get them 6th in the nation.

SUNY beats Thomas in the finals

and Johns Hopkins returns next season to take it all

replace thomas with oberlin. In the FF, SUNY beats hopkins and wash beats oberlin. then, in the final, suny wins the NT.

Well, I'm probably out early. If it went chalk, I would likely see ZERO non-pressing teams.

Finally back in the NT.

I'm gonna take a couple underdogs to get to the Final 4:

Midwest: North Carolina Wesleyan
-- great talent up front, coaching may be a question; I don't get the feeling that Norm's team is a vintage MBBC squad; SUNYM is strong but has some glaring holes

East: Keuka
-- after 2 bloodbaths with Hamline and McMurry; this is the most top-heavy region, and Johns Hopkins is a nice sleeper pick too. I'll go with dedelman's rebounding

South: Oberlin
-- best rebounding in the land, favorable draw; my team is a pretty weak 2-seed; I will believe Anderson is back for real when I see it; Beloit and Calvin are good upset bets to make the Sweet 16.

West: Thomas
-- insanely deep, great shooters, Wash U. always matches up well with them though; Vassar is underrated as an 8-seed; Monmouth is legit, but Amherst would scare the crap out of me, ogee... I dominated Beloit early on last year, and then they blitzed me in the NT... same scenario could play out in that matchup.

Finals pick: Oberlin over Keuka

Are you kidding me brad? Amherst always scares me. I destroyed them early but do you believe they will shoot 37% again? I sure don't. But my guys are on a mission of revenge for last years last second basket by Thomas Thomas of Thomas in the E8. I'm not making any predictions though in this bracket. Except for my first game(and I'm probably jinxing myself) every step is going to be a killer game. But that's the way it should be. I just hope my freshmen are up to the task!

bradshaw-- I appreciate the buzz, and I think we could do anything from fulfill your expectations to being one-and-done. You wouldn't care to sitemail me a game plan to help make your prediction come true would you? :)

I like the one seeds in the other regionals, won't predict ours.
