I'm confused - above in this thread you said 1998 was ok to use for urband. If the two teams making the WS (1995 and 1998) are treated the same, does that mean 1998 shouldn't be allowed either? Or should 1995 be greylisted?

The 1998 team was the 1st season of 1998 to finish in the WS; thus, they are Graylisted & Greylisted (only one team allowed). Your 1995 team was the 2nd season of 1995 to finish in the WS; thus, they are Blacklisted & Blacklisted season are not allowed.
