contemplating joining. having a difficult time putting a team together to meet the IP and Pa thresholds. Any advice for a user new to the site?

No minimum requirement on IP or PA at this cap. Many teams operate with around 1200 innings but at that figure fatigue will be an issue. It’s a trade off: More innings less quality.

When it says max 205k franchise players from the 60's and 80's, does that mean sub-205k guys have to come from the 60's or 80's... or can they come from the 70's too. Also, "franchise", means they have to be from our chosen franchise, right?
