So basically the way I read it is that once a guy is drafted in a particular round (price range) he can no longer be drafted in that round (price range) even if there are 2 or 3 seasons of that player within the price range. Correct? The exception is round 1 where there are several price ranges under 5M. Correct? For clarification sake, lets say you declared a 4-5M Rodman and later you decided a 3M Rodman fits your team better you can't switch because you already declared. However, you could switch from a 4.9M to a 4.1M Rodman if you declared 4-5M Rodman. Correct? As for the above question about Wilt and MJ, I think you'd be over the salary cap if you added a 10M guy at that point wouldn't you?

Correct, Correct, and Correct. The price ranges for the middle rounds are self explanatory...the 5-6M round secures your 5-6M player for you, regardless of which 5-6 player you choose. But just like there are several 1M price ranges in the under 5M category.... there are also several 1M price ranges in the above 9M category... and I just wanted to know if the same rules applied in the above 9M category as the under 5M category... or if the league could only draft 1 of each player above 9M, regardless of salary range.

Technically, no. In the 6 round draft, the first 5 rounds max would be $4.99M + $5.99M + $6.99M + $7.99M + $8.99M which is only $35milion. So you'd have the cap to draft a $13M player and still have $4M for the remaining 6 players on your squad. It may not be wise to do so cause you might not be able to draft enough minutes...but my question wasn't if you SHOULD draft a $13M player in round 6... it was if you COULD draft a $10-11M Jordan if someone else already drafted the $9-10M Jordan. Do the same $1M range drafting rules apply in the last round as the first round.
