I don't have a problem with the way fatigue works, although, frankly, I feel that if "fatigue" is going to be made a factor in the game, its effects should be more pronounced, and more predictable. I played Strat-o-Matic before coming here, and SOM has no fatigue, they use injuries to players to try to keep them around their RL usages. This system does work much better, and while I am certain we all can cite an example of a fatigued player over achieving, I think we would all agree this is the exception, rather than the norm. When I play Fatigued teams, I usually pad my stats pretty well.
