None of that swayed Trumps 35%-50% of supporters. They are with him through thick and thin.
Kasich had a good night, maybe his best debate, and he's doing well in the Midwest polls so he's not losing support nor going anywhere until Ohio votes on 3/15.
Cruz, the only contender that could beat Trump in the primaries and will probably win Texas, had a bad night but I doubt many of his supporters will go to Rubio.
So where is Rubio going to get voters from? He's been the late breaking candidate for undecideds in all 4 states that have voted and hasn't got more than 25% in any of those states and he's trailing Trump in Florida by 20%+.

Rubio really did destroy Trump last night. Trump was like a 5th grader going "Well...yeah....but...." on the playground. Trump did NOT like being on the defensive and, should he win the nomination, Hillary is going to go after him from the start. He'll fight back but Trump's "trump" card is to just sling insults. He'll lose to Hillary. The stand-up thing for him to do is step away now. He won't but that would be the best thing for the Republican party.

The entire party failed by letting Trump get this foothold. Rather than fight each other for 2nd-5th, they should have gone after Trump much, much earlier. But no one wanted to be his target.

Trump also had a "senior moment". Rubio kept badgering him with "What's your plan? Is is just remove the lines?"

Trump kept responding "Once the lines are removed, there will be lots of plans." Either Trump didn't realize Rubio wanted to hear Trump's plan "beyond remove the lines", Trump doesn't really have a plan beyond that or Trump failed to recognize that health plans do not = his plan.

Donald Trump was the resounding winner of Thursday night's Republican presidential debate in Houston, according to two online surveys.

According to a Drudge Report survey that has attracted more than 120,000 votes, 63.8 percent said Trump won the debate, followed Ted Cruz, at 17.9 percent, Marco Rubio, at 12.8 percent, John Kasich, at 3.6 percent, and Ben Carson, at 2 percent.

A Time magazine online poll of 17,000 people found the billionaire businessman taking 71 percent, followed by Rubio, at 18 percent, Kasich, at 6 percent, Cruz, at 4 percent, and Carson, at 2 percent.

Trump has mopped up in most of the post-debate online polling this cycle.

The surveys aren’t scientific but can gauge online enthusiasm for the candidates.

Any poll that gives Carson 2% is invalid. If he doesn't say "Fruit salad" or complains about not getting to speak, he's not even there.

I'll add that the telemundo anchor got under Trump's skin by pointing out that 75% of Latinos nationwide don't trust him. All he could do was repeat "The Latinos love me and I love them." Of course he does. They provide him cheap, illegal labor.
