It's probably been about 4 years since I've done one of these (as you can tell by my picks). If someone gets skipped can everyone keep picking immediately, or do they all have to wait until their slotted time?

Crap, looking at wrong year. Change that to PJ Tucker

If someone is skipped you have to wait until your allotted time slot to pick.

Can ed confirm, because this would be atypical of most draft leagues. Generally, once a person is skipped the other people can proceed once the next person has drafted.

I feel the opposite. Usually people have to wait their time slot if someone is skipped. Otherwise people could snowball like 5 picks before the skipped person picks.

Since they are only 30 min time slots and we're going to complete a round a day anyway, I think we should wait till our slot if there's a skip somewhere in the chain regardless if the person before us has picked.

If we're voting, this is what I vote.

I agree. Wait. The purpose of the clock is to establish a 30 minute window is not only to keep the draft moving, but to give people a time slot that they can plan around. If we start jumping ahead of the clock, part of the purpose of the schedule is lost.

100% agree.

Damn. Mitchell is a good pick. A luxury in some ways but an impact player nonetheless.

Yeah Mitchell this late is a steal. I know he has low minutes but he’ll be the best player on the court most times when he is out there. I would’ve picked him at the top of this round if I hadn’t gone with low minute players in the first 3 rounds. Good pick.
