It is funny that people keep blaming Bush 4 years after the fact....at what point is the Obama administration and it's supporters going to own their situation and broken promises?

The dot com bubble burst in March/April 2000 . . . seven months before Bush was elected and nine months before he took office.
Technically yes but the ramifications truly weren't felt until 2001. I worked in Silicone Valley at the time. Bush was president in 2001, surely it was his fault.
Bullshit.  If you say "Silicone" Valley [sic], you didn't work here.

Lived here my whole life, only wannabes would call it "Silicone"... just like only outsiders call it "Frisco"

Whatever elitist ***....lived there for 31 years, worked in Palo Alto or Mountain View for 6 years.  Not only worked there, but handled Yahoo's IPO, the Excite@home merger, SunMicro vs Microsoft and countless other ".com" stuff.  George Lucas, Sony America/Japan, American Airlines were clients, yadda yadda yadda.

Giants/Niners ****.  Probably a Raiders fan before 81, like most of the niner *** fans.

Wow, must've touched a nerve.  I repeat, if you really lived here, you wouldn't make the gaffe "Silicone" Valley.

And if you're playing longevity games, I've lived in the Bay Area for 48 years (San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mt View, etc.)

Questionable.  Conservative "Straight" guy lives his entire life in an area known for it's homosexual population......questionable.   Has to bring up how many years he's been married to combat claim of homosexuality.....questionable.   My gaydar says ***.

ah well I think you are all a bunch of idiots. Griping about the current state of affairs and our President.  Thats what they want and thats how they stay in power - keep you simple minded Americans argueing  amoungst yourselves so that no one goes and looks behind the curtain as to who is really pulling the strings.

I said it 3 years a go and I'll say it again IT DON'T MATTER WHO GETS TO BE PRESIDENT, NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

Cut government spending ?  Are you kidding me ? No president has the courage to do that - never happen. First thing you have to cut is the size of the military - who is going to do that ?
