After a seemingly endless string of failures, I just clinched my first 5 in a row last night and cashed out for my GC!

Key seemed to be switching from predicting pitcher Wins to the 7+ strikeouts.

I still haven't gotten a redemption code after cashing out on 9/5... the last email response was "I have escalated your issue and hope to have this resolved soon." That was on 9/16. So... put me in the camp of very unimpressed.
