With another successful season working its way through the playoffs, getting this thread going for a fifth go round. We're going to run the rules back same as we've did during the first three seasons, after a brief divergence to $100 million we're going back to $110 million.
When you sign up, I will use random.org to assign you a franchise for each field position, starting pitching, and relief pitching and you will use those franchises to construct your roster of players from 1930-2024. I'll have someone run my numbers to get my positions once the league fills to around halfway.
Starting Pitching - Team 1
Relief Pitching - Team 2
Catcher - Team 3
1st Base - Team 4
2nd Base - Team 5
3rd Base - Team 6
Shortstop - Team 7
Outfield - Team 8
Outfield - Team 9
Outfield - Team 10
Edit: Make sure when you're drafting players you're selecting them from the correct team for the correct position. Starters should be drafted as starters, relievers should be drafted as relievers. When drafting position players do not check the "Include Secondary Positions" box. It can give you ineligible players.
As we go further back in time make sure to check your franchise progressions over time too. This is really only relevant if you have the Twins or the Rangers and decide you want to use Washington Senators players. Make sure you get the right Washington Senators team.
