Has this happen to anyone else a player has just disappeared from my roster. Unfortunately, he’s my leadoff man and he’s gone

What makes it so much worse is it’s the playoffs now.

Yeah. Maybe he was an acquisition or late-season call-up who isn't on your playoff roster. If you are already in a series, he won't be eligible to play until the next round.

I have a player missing from my team as well.

I see him on my roster page (ML level), but he doesn’t appear when I go to my lineup pages.

Looks like your regular season is over. It's probably same issue as the other guy. Any guys you call up late season above the 25 man roster will get removed from your lineup page once the regular season is over unless you add them to your playoff roster. On your roster page, switch the view to "Status Info". Under the column "Playoff Roster", is the player you're talking about show up as "No"? If so, then that's it.

Interesting…that’s exactly what it was, although I’m not sure how or why he was removed. He’s not new to my team, but I did have a midseason callup on my roster at seasons end, so maybe he was arbitrarily removed by the game to add the callup to the playoff roster. That’s all I can figure…

If you had a midseason callup, was it because the "missing" guy was on the DL at the time of "Set Postseason Roster"?
If so, it's not arbitrary, he would have been ineligible for postseason.
