Chris Paul at 14 is crazy good value

Yeah it should be fun. I've never drafted him in Savage before, but have him ranked 10 or 11 - basically right where you took him last year

Paul is who I would have picked if I stayed at 14. Honestly the biggest reason I swapped is work is really busy right now and I want to be as close to the turn as possible.

I don't think I've ever used Paul before. I would have been happy to use him, but is he really a top 10 value? What is he great at besides assists? Plus he's basically locked in to PG which limits flexibility moving forward.

The flexibility of not having to worry about any starting pg slots or assists is a nice start imo. Great defense and steal%. I would say how Cp3 uses his usage better than most pgs as well.

For me, I have Paul highly rated but it isn't just about what he himself brings to the table. It's that I have him with the biggest gap between him and the next player at his position (outside of the usual suspects at the top).

of course, I don't do well at this so perhaps that isn't worth much thought

Really low TO% for how much he passes. High FT%. To me he really does everything well except rebound, and his 3s are just okay. I have him ~10th.

In a tier of two for me, either 8th or 9th for me. Exactly because the next best point guard is like 15-20 spots worse.

Hakeem + Chuck is a nasty combo

McHale at pick 41 seems like very good value to me.

Was going to pull the trigger on McHale..but opted for more rebounding from Chandler

McHale wasn't even on my radar because I didn't think there was any way he'd be available at my spot. I don't know if he and AD are perfect together, but it didn't seem like passing on him was a good idea.
