My current situation at Wyoming in Smith causes me to repost a suggestion from several years ago.
By my own lack of planning, I am entering RS2 with a whopping $595 total to recruit with a big zilch in session 1 and four holes to fill. Silver lining is with over $29000 in Scouting money remaining, I will know all the details of guys that I cannot recruit. So my suggestion is, that within some level of limits, at rollover allow some Scouting funds, to be reallocated to recruiting. Thanks
