I dont want to ask questions that have already been asked so trying to use the search for GD but not getting back any results. I tried on Rescinding scholarships, any updates to the Guess ratings, and other information but always get back (dang popups) no information found. Is there a special key I need, Been out for a bit and going to stay with this for a while so looking up some things for the long haul.... any help will be appreciated.

When you search I think the default time frame is the last month so you have to change that to all.

I've read when you rescind a scholarship you better be 100% you don't want him anymore since he will then have no interest in you. Basically, if you wanted him again you might be starting from scratch in the recruit's mind.

As to an update to the GUESS ratings I think Ed used the formula Bob had. GD did update what they show under the playercard (but not the role rating) to be what they value the players. Seems like athleticism is more valued than guess has (some positions more than others) but they really devalue technique except for qb, K and P. It comes into game play under certain things but generally not a base rating.

If you are talking about rescinding a scholarship from a player currently on your team, you can do 3 at the end of the season before rollover.

During recruiting if you offer a recruit a scholarship and rescind it before he signs, the recruit will immediately go from green to undecided. This will not hurt your reputation. If you rescind a scholarship at the end of a season your reputation will be hurt. If you drop a sim recruited player or a player you did not recruit, your reputation would drop from say an A+ to an A. From what I remember I believe if you drop a player you recruited then would drop from an A+ to an A-. When the season rolls over your reputation would jump up from that A to an A+ or from the A- to an A.
Pretty sure on this but not 100% sure.
