I don't peruse the boards very much, so I apologize if this has been mentioned elsewhere or I'm real late in this realization. But many of my veteran opponents appear to have more guys recording GS (game starts) than positions on the field at the start of the game. Since it appears so prevalent and widely-known, would someone be willing to share how that's getting manipulated given the advantage it might give others in recruiting?

I'm not sure how the other coaches do it, but I run all my positions at 95 sub rate. Then I also have a game plan to play my backups when ahead by a certain point spread. This allows most if not all of my team to get the needed playing time to get a game start. This only has to be in the 32-35% game played to attain.
