I'm noticing that recently leagues are starting to have more trouble filling than in the past.

Has the SIM membership started to sink below a sustainable level or am I imagining things?

It’s been bad for years

On the plus side I am back...But I do see that participation seems lower than I remember it.

I know we've been dwindling since 2009. It just seems that recently, that the number of owners needed to cover the number of leagues might have crossed a critical threshold. A number of leagues that previously had little problem filling, are now only getting up and running due to owners taking multiple teams.

On the plus side, the people still here are some of the best owners we have, so we have that going for us... which is nice.

And, on that note, good to see you're back, italyprof!!!

The only leagues that fill are the long-running ones at this point.

Creative theme leagues will fill. Boring and/or uncreative themes will not fill.

If y’all think it’s bad here, go play basketball for a while.

I’m curious to know about their marketing efforts. We’re inundated with ads constantly. So far, we haven’t really seen a big investment in game updates with that revenue. Retired owners might come back if they improved things a bit.

We need the update to the site that we’ve been promised for years.
