I really like that the entire conference has an actual user for an HC. I see Occidental College has an opening and thought that joining the conference would really help me develop my skills within the game and give me a lot of losses to reflect on lol. Just wondering if I should apply for the opening or maybe take on another job that would allow me to be much more successful?

Occidental is super intriguing to take just because of all the coaches. But I had a school in mind I wanted before signing up and I don’t want to get beat up that bad just getting back into the game! Lol

Best conference in D3, Occidental is a great opportunity, there may be another opening for next season as well.

Reloading for another season in this conference with 7 humans. 5 teams open including Centre which was just let go by pgram24, a 30X NC coach. 20 recruits to fill this season! Also, Verne has been sim for 3 seasons but its senior class was recruited by a 3X NC winning coach. Active chat and great competition!
