I took over Sam Houston on Yost. Went 12-4 in my first season. The previous three seasons the school went 6-7, 10-5, and 13-3.

After the season, I got a message about rebuilding and that they were disappointed with this season and expected better next season? After 1 season where I went 12-4 and made it to the second round of the playoffs?

It is an automated response. It happens if you lose less games then the previous season, especially in your first year. Delete and move on.

Yeah, I've never understood that message. I seem to get it more than half the time in DI but was only ever fired once, at Minnesota, which if you look at my handle you'll know that was a bummer.
