I set the over/under of each team based on the owner's wins per season over the last 16 seasons. I round to the nearest .5 (So if you have averaged 44.6 wins, then the over/under is 44.5). I go to the nearest .5 so that there can be no pushes. Only for owners who have an exact number for their average wins will I keep it at a whole number. For the new owners to the ODL, I averaged the win totals from the fifteen owners in my records who have only played 1 season.
