What is ERPT? Topic

I was looking over a spreadsheet of Whatif statistics from a previous season and I came  across a statistic  called   ERPT for  pitchers.  I looked on the internet and could not find the definition of the stat.  What is it, and how telling is it when considering considering the pitcher's season (more accurate than RCERA)?
