Sending in a Ticket Topic

It doesn't seem easier to send a Ticket than it was before the Update.  Do you click on continue or submit ticket after you write your message?   It seems inconsistent as what is accepted and rather frustrating.  Any help appreciated.

After the process that used to submit a ticket, you now have to scroll down past a bunch of usually unrelated FAQ, then confirm that you in fact to want to submit the ticket you are trying to submit.
