Has anyone used him in a non-DH league? I'm curious how he hit over a full season.

You can see his performance history in OLs very easily.  The short answer is "badly."

In 46 seasons of use his average performance is .100/.108/.201 with 1 HR in 44 AB. 

His "best" season was .157/.202/.337 with 5 HR in 83 AB.

Con- how can I find the OL performance? I'm only one season back after a two year hiatus

You can see the OL performance history for any player.  Find the player in the draft center, then click on his name.  The page that pops up will show you all of his WIS eligible seasons.  At the top of the page there will be a link that says "View Performance History."

Click that and it will show you his batting, pitching, and fielding stats for the times he was used in an OL (I think the data goes back 18-24 months.)  You don't see every season, but you see his "best", "worst", and average season stats.

I think performance history also includes champ league stats.
