less than a  million unless the formula overvalues his high K rate. I searched pitchers with comparable oav whip hr/9 and some of them were around $750k for more innings.

And of course this has not been a great hitting year so his + numbers will not be as high as you might think initially, but I do think his K/9 would have put him somewhere between 900K and 950K for his 25 IP.

If 88 Milacki's 26 IP cost $1,231,122, then Strasburg's 25.1 IP would likely be under $1M.
