Against righties, I will have 4 pretty good fielding OF, which one should DH? The ratings are B+/B B+/B A-/C+ A/C-

Find their actual numbers. Multiply FLD by RRF of each.

#1 = CF. #2 = RF. #3 = LF. #4 = DH.

recent evidence suggest Range may not be more important in CF than in the corners these days. If that's true I'd put the A-/C+ guy in CF.

not exactly true... it's just that an A+ range guy may get more + plays in a corner spot.

B+/B B+/B A-/C+ A/C-

I'd put the B+/B guys in CF and LF, and the A/C- guy in RF.

The A-/C+ guy and A/C- guy should have basically identical +/- plays but the A fielder probably makes an error or two less.
