So are 3 SIM games played in a 24 hour period too many, too few or just right?

Depends on your taste or work situation. If you like to make lineup changes after every game and can't get to a computer between game 2 and 3 you would say to many.

If we went to 4 games a day (1 every six hours) members who love
to read the boxscores and play by play descripition would be overwhelmed and not enjoy the game.

So I would 3 is still the best, in 24 team leagues most series are 3 games and you can adjust your lineups per series once a day.

I go back 7 years with WIS with two other previous appellations (no longer in use). In all that time I have only had 16 teams plus 2 currently in play because I have to manage each game or not at all. The pm2 game was the problem for me but having mobile internet since last fall fixed that.

Still I would prefer 2 games simmed per day: AM and PM games (no PM2). I would have time for more teams at a time as well.

But I can live with 3/day since I have mobile internet now.

With how I like to manage and review results, I like 3 games per day.

I say 1 every hour 24 per day. That way I get to draft a new team each week! I Like to Draft!

I think if you went to less than 3 games the leagues would take too long to finish. 3 months is plenty. I definitely wouldn't want any more than 3 though.

3 works out well as it splits the 162 evenly.
