Not quite.

There is an adjustment to fatigue made before the playoffs start to take all pitchers and hitters up to say 98% fatigue, even if they were under 98% previously.

If you went over, you will not be adjusted.

Essentially this means that you will get more out of a pitcher in the post season than you would during the season... But don't think of it as 10% or being entitled to say 24 extra nnings from a 200 IP starter, because it doesn't quite work that way.

I don't quite understand what Len is saying but I can tell you if you have a 200 IP RL pitcher than only pitched 180 SIM innings you can use him in a 2man rotation with a reasonable (90ish) for most of the playoffs.

The number, I beleive, is 95%. So in your example, the 200 RL pitcher will be adjusted to 190 pitches with on going fatigue based at that level.

I'm almost positive it's 90%. So yes, you can bank 10% and still pick up the extra prorated IP/PA throughout the playoffs and add them to that 10%.

no.....two updates ago (when they were trying to eliminate the Milacki strategy), they moved the threshold to 95%...........so ALL players (hitters and pitchers) are assumed to have used 95% of their available PA's and IP's by the first pitch of Game #1 of the playoffs.

but I think if they went over 95% during the sim season, then they would start at that number for the playoffs...

that is correct.....if you burn them out in the regular season, you don't get anything back......sorry if I inferred that!

I really think you'll be able to do it with a PC around 100. You might need a 3rd starter 2-3 times if you go to 3 full series
Yep, playoff fatigue is still not quite right. I think you'll be able to pitch '94 every other game without a problem. You might need to have '95 take an extra game rest a couple times but could probably even get away with him if you don't mind starting him at 97/98%
