Does anyone know how turf and grass plays into the sim? Errors, extra base hits etc.

Also inside and outside ballparks... are their any differences other than the given +/- numbers?

Considering a Kingdome team...

there is no difference, those sorts of factors are taken into consideration when admin sets the +/- rating for the individual parks.
