This is probably a stupid question, but what exactly does it mean when I hold my cursor over a player that is fatigued and it says the pitcher is on pace for 39% more pitches than actual pitches? Does that give me an idea of when they will be fully rested? Its worded a little bit confusing... Thanks

I don't really pay attention to that #....all I look at is the current fatigue. If he is at 39% over he's probably blue (or red) which means don't use him for awhile to me.

He is actually at 44(61) but it says 39% more pitches than actual pitches. Does that refer to his pitch count? Just trying to figure out exactly what that means.

44 = fatigue level where 100% is full effectiveness.
61 = fatigue level after next game
39 = number of pitches over allocation he has thrown*

*For example say a pitcher has 1000 pitches allocated to him for a season, after game 10 he is at 39% over allocation. His allocation is 62 pitches and he has thrown 86 pitches.
