I know WIS factors in when a player played, but to what extent does where a player played weigh in?

For example, would 40 HR from Adrian Gonzalez at Petco be worth more than 40 HR from ARod at Yankee Stadium?

In that scenario, could I expect Gonzalez to hit more HR than ARod in the SIM in a neutral park, given all the same factors (lineup, opponents, etc.)?

As far as I know this does not factor in at all.

right, it should (theoretically) but it doesn't. not sure if the hangup is in the data, the implementation, or something else.
