Not sure how many others out there used the 93 Karkovice in some of your l100M and lower leagues.

I used that guy all the time on my HR strategy teams before the update.

I was crushed to see that he is now well over 3.4M, which is a solid 60K over what he was. I know he has one of the underrated arms in the game, he was always arounjd 50%, which was huge in live leagues.

Oh well, I feel like i have to use him at least once to have a chance to prove his worth at the higher price.

I actually have him in a 1922/1992 progressive. I waited a bit for a backup catcher and grabbed him more for his arm.

I have actually had very good luck with Matt Nokes in 1990 and 1991. Pretty similar offensively, low average and on base players, but had a very nice slugging percentage.

I figure he may be worth keeping in 1993 for his arm and pop. I do play in Ebbetts Field, so he should hit me a few home runs and throw out a ton of base runners.
