It might be. I'd be interested to know what the original cap was, and what salary that team ended up at.

I was once in a live league, and there was an owner going crazy on the WW. I think it was a 100M league, and every few days his team salary would drop about 10M. I held off on playing him for a while, because I figured I'd wait until his team was down to about a 20M salary, lol.
